What we collect

Nothing, unless you contact us. The "Book an event" form doesn't send anything to us or to a server. It drafts a message on your own device, and only when you choose to send it by email, Facebook or Instagram do we receive your name, email, preferred date and the details you wrote. We use that only to reply and plan your event, and we don't sell or share it.

What stays on your device

Your browser's local storage remembers two things for your convenience: whether you picked light or dark mode, and what's in your shop cart. Neither is sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, ad pixels or cross-site tracking, which is why you don't see a cookie banner. Fonts and images come from our own site.

Other services

• Map. The Google map on the home page loads only if you press "Show the map." From then on, Google's privacy policy applies to it, and Google may set its own cookies.
• Links out. Our Square store, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Google Maps directions are run by those companies under their own privacy policies once you follow a link.
• Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard connection data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Your California privacy rights

We don't sell or share personal information and don't use it for targeted advertising. Because we don't track visitors across sites, a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal from your browser has nothing to switch off, and we honor it all the same. To ask what we have from a message you sent, or to have it deleted, email atriesgamingcenter@gmail.com.

Kids

The site isn't built to collect information from children under 13. Parents and guardians should handle party and event bookings.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.

Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to find our hours, events and shelves online. This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA: it works with a keyboard and screen readers, keeps text contrast readable in light and dark mode, describes photos with alt text, and respects your device's reduced-motion setting.

If something is hard to use, tell us and we'll fix it, and we'll get you the information another way in the meantime. Email atriesgamingcenter@gmail.com, message us on Instagram, or stop by 1954 High St, Selma.
